Make your own Irish Ice Cream!
Murphys Ice Cream make their own ice cream from scratch with organic ingrediences and sell it at shops in Dublin, Killarney, Galway and Dingle. If you want to have a taste but have no way of getting there, you can try to make some of their innovative flavors from scratch at your own home. During March and April 2020 when they were closed due to lockdown they featured recipies for some of their flavours, including Irish Coffee ice cream on their social media.
